Self-Care Day for Staff

At a time when schools seem to be constantly under pressure as they are expected to meet an increasing number of targets and expectations, little time is generally given for teachers to reflect upon their role as educators in schools. What is happening in the personal/social and faith lives of young people today, and how are these changes reflected in the lives of teachers? What does it mean to invite young people to faith, especially when the  teacher finds their own faith less than secure? How can the faith of teachers and inviting young people to faith remain relevant in an increasingly cynical and secular society?
