"The ways of thinking that got us into this difficulty, are not the ways of thinking that will get us out of this difficulty."

These wise words of Albert Einstein are at the core of the work carried out by Seedlings. I believe that much of the stress and tension within individuals, organisations and communities could be relieved, if those involved gave themselves, and each other, permission to take the time and the space to step back and to look at their experience through a different lens.

Rather than repeating the patterns of past behaviour, with old attitudes and ingrained judgements, we believe that the ability to open our hearts and our minds to new ways of thinking will lead to renewed  creativity and energy.

Testimonials

Brian facilitated the Discalced Carmelite Provincial Chapter in May 2017. He set the groundwork very well with the pre-Chapter meetings. He offered to give the day of reflection at the beginning of the Chapter and his input was top class. During the Chapter he facilitated gently but firmly, enabling us to make decisions we would not have thought possible before the Chapter. I would recommend Brian as an excellent facilitator for Chapters or meetings. (Fr Michael McGoldrick. OCD. Provincial Anglo Irish Province)

Brian McKee did an excellent job in facilitating our recent Chapter and enabled us to create an environment where deep sharing and listening occurred. With great creativity and expertise, Brian gently helped the meeting to come to broadly agreed decisions. I have no hesitation in recommending him for further facilitation work. (Fr Richard Byrne. O.Carm. Prior Provincial)

As a College we had been looking for a retreat experience that was going to speak directly to our Sixth Form students, to allow them the physical and mental space to open up and to discuss spiritual, emotional and social issues that were affecting them, and with Brian McKee we found exactly that. A professionally run, open and honest delivery that allowed our students the space they needed to reflect and engage. Brian's warmth, laughter and experience came to the fore as evidenced by the students' responses and level of engagement. (Kieran Downey. Head of R.E.: St Killian's College, Garron Tower)
